Shipping Policy

When ordering By A Guy merch please allow 3-4 weeks for it to be made and shipped. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

Lost, Stollen, & Undelivered Packages

Important! Undelivered packages caused by a customer because of an incomplete address, By A Guy will not be able to refund or reprint. Please make sure before submitting an order all information is accurate, complete, and in the correct format. If you do not live in a apartment please do not put your house number in the apartment number section when putting in your shipping information.

Care

Cold wash. Care instructions also on the inside tag of every garment.

Refunds

There are no refunds unless it is agreed upon by the merchant and customer. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you order the wrong size you will have to order again. There are sizing charts on every garment page. If you put in the wrong address and your package does not reach you. You will have to order again. By A Guy is not at fault.
